By installing or using the BudgetCart beta, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the beta.
Beta access
BudgetCart is currently an invitation-only TestFlight beta. Access may be limited, suspended, or ended at any time. Features may change, and beta data may not carry into later versions.
What BudgetCart provides
BudgetCart helps create meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, pantry records, and cost estimates. It is an organizational tool—not a retailer, dietitian, medical provider, emergency service, or guarantee of savings.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, dietary suitability, food condition, safe cooking temperatures, retailer prices, product availability, and final purchase decisions. Follow applicable food-safety guidance and seek professional advice for medical or dietary needs.
Estimates and third-party information
Prices may be mock, manual, estimated, incomplete, or out of date. Recipes and AI-generated content may contain errors. Verify information before relying on it. Apple TestFlight, retailers, mapping providers, AI providers, and other third-party services have their own terms and policies.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access or usage limits, interfere with operation, reverse engineer protected services except where law permits, or use the beta for unlawful purposes.
Ownership and feedback
BudgetCart and its original content, branding, and software are owned by the BudgetCart operator and protected by applicable law. If you voluntarily provide beta feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the product without compensation or obligation.
Disclaimers and limitation
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the BudgetCart operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on plans, recipes, prices, availability, or beta data.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after updated terms are presented means you accept them. You may stop using the beta at any time; we may also end or restrict access.
